We keep things simple. Here's everything you need to know.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Founding member rates are non-transferable but the membership itself can be cancelled with the same 30-day notice. Founding members may pause their membership once per calendar year for up to 30 consecutive days without affecting their founding rate. A pause exceeding 30 days, or a second pause within the same calendar year, will be treated as a lapse and the founding rate will no longer apply.
Session bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your reserved time at no charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged $15. No-shows are charged $20.
Prepaid session packs are non-refundable but are transferable to another member. We do not offer refunds on monthly membership fees for partial months.
