Your safety is what makes the experience possible. Please read these before your first visit.
If you have any of the following conditions, please consult your physician before using our facilities: cardiovascular disease, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, Raynaud's disease, or any condition affected by heat or cold exposure.
Stay hydrated before and after. Start with shorter sessions (10 minutes) if you are new to sauna. Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or medication that affects heat tolerance. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unwell.
Do not enter the cold plunge if you have open wounds or skin conditions. Limit initial sessions to 1–2 minutes. Never use the cold plunge alone if you are new. Exit the plunge immediately if you experience chest pain or difficulty breathing.
Remove all jewellery before your session. Eye protection is recommended and available at reception. Do not use red light therapy if you are taking photosensitising medications. Not recommended during pregnancy.
Shower before entering any water facility. Respect other members' space and quiet. No phones in the sauna or plunge areas. Minimum age 18.
