The House Experience.

Five modalities  ·  One session.
Compression

Where it begins.

20 – 30 min  ·  Start here

Pneumatic boots that fill with air in sequence from your feet upward, clearing metabolic waste and stimulating the lymphatic system. It's where your session begins. You sit back, it does the work, and you're already recovering before you've done anything else.

How often

20–30 minutes every session. Always best used first. It prepares your body for everything that follows. Daily use is encouraged and has no known drawbacks.

What it does
  • Muscle recovery: clears lactic acid and soreness faster than rest alone
  • Lymphatic drainage: mechanically moves fluid in ways passive rest cannot replicate
  • Circulation: improves blood flow back to the heart; you feel it within minutes
  • Reduced swelling: effective after long travel, heavy training, or a hard day on your feet
  • Opens the body for heat: prepares the vascular system for sauna, so it works deeper
Sauna

Go in. Come out new.

10 – 20 min  ·  Finnish + infrared

Two saunas, both yours. A traditional Finnish at 80–90°C and an infrared at 45–65°C. The Finnish heats the air around you. The infrared penetrates directly into tissue at a lower, more tolerable temperature. Each does something different. Most members use both.

How often

10–20 min per round. Multiple sauna-cold contrast rounds amplify every result. 4–5 sessions per week is where the longevity research points.

What it does
  • Deep muscle release: sustained heat softens muscles and joints in a way stretching alone can't
  • Cardiovascular conditioning: raises heart rate equivalent to light cardio with regular use
  • Mood & focus: increases endorphins and BDNF, linked to mental clarity and resilience
  • Cellular repair: heat activates HSP70 and HSP90 proteins that fix cellular damage
  • Sleep quality: the post-session temperature drop signals the brain into deeper sleep
Cold Plunge

Harder than it sounds.

1 – 5 min  ·  10–15°C

Cold water immersion at 10–15°C (50–59°F). The first ten seconds are the only hard part. After that, it's something else entirely. A full-body reset that most members describe as their favourite part of the session.

How often

1–5 minutes is enough. Even 90 seconds triggers a full hormonal response. Daily is ideal; 3–5 sessions per week produces measurable nervous system resilience over time.

What it does
  • Dopamine surge: 200–300% increase lasting 2–4 hours, clean and without the crash
  • Inflammation: anti-inflammatory response throughout the whole system, not just surface level
  • Mental resilience: making the choice to get in repeatedly rewires how you handle discomfort
  • Recovery speed: reduces muscle soreness and accelerates tissue repair post-training
  • Mood: norepinephrine surge produces a sustained elevation most members love
Red Light Therapy

Lie still. Recover deeply.

10 – 20 min  ·  Red + near-infrared

Full-panel red (630–660nm) and near-infrared (810–850nm) light therapy. You lie still. Completely painless, no preparation needed. Can be paired with a KOI Well-Being IV drip in the same room, same session.

How often

10–20 minutes per session. Consistent use 3–5 times per week produces visible skin improvements within weeks. Daily use is safe. No overexposure risk at therapeutic doses.

What it does
  • Cellular repair: near-infrared reaches deep into muscle and joint tissue
  • Collagen production: stimulates fibroblast activity; visible skin improvements with consistent use
  • Energy: increases ATP output in mitochondria, measurably less fatigue over time
  • Pain relief: reduces joint stiffness, nerve pain, and post-training soreness
  • Pairs with IV: can run simultaneously with a KOI Well-Being drip in the same session
Rooftop

No clock. No agenda.

No time limit  ·  38–40°C

A rooftop hot tub at 38–40°C with a direct view of the Pacific over Bird Rock. End here after everything else, or begin here and work backwards. The pergola above has lemons. The view has everything else.

How often

No time limit. None. Come as often as your membership allows. Stay as long as you want. That is the whole point.

What it does
  • Full relaxation: sustained warmth at 38–40°C achieves muscle and joint release that heat alone can't replicate
  • Cortisol reduction: measurably lowers stress hormones, especially in a social, unhurried setting
  • Sleep onset: post-session temperature drop signals the brain into deep sleep
  • Joint offloading: hydrostatic pressure reduces load on joints and relieves stiffness
  • Connection: warm environments elevate oxytocin. Recovery is better together.
